Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Thoryn platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Thoryn provides an identity brokering platform including Hub, Broker, Trust Registry, Cloud Wallet, TrustGate, and Policy Engine (“the Service”). Access is subject to a separate commercial agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the platform for unauthorised purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent authentication or authorisation controls.
- Transmit malware or disrupt the platform's availability.
- Process personal data outside the purposes agreed in your commercial contract.
5. Intellectual property
All software, documentation, and content on this site is the property of Thoryn B.V. or its licensors. Nothing grants you a licence to the underlying software beyond what is agreed in your commercial contract.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thoryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
