FAQ
Questions before you pick a plan
- What is a monthly active user?
- A monthly active user is a person who signs in at least once in a calendar month. We count unique users, not logins or sessions.
- What is a connection?
- A connection is one link to an identity source, such as a customer's Okta, Entra ID, or SCIM directory. Each plan includes a set number.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You can build and test for free. There is no card required until you move real users to production.
- Is EU residency an extra?
- No. EU-only residency is part of every plan. We do not charge extra to keep your users' data in the EU.
- Why do plans have caps?
- Caps keep the lower plans affordable. They stop one free or startup account from carrying the load of a much larger one.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up any time as you grow, and we prorate the change. Talk to us if a plan nearly fits and you need room.
