What buyers ask before booking the call

Why no public dollar amounts?
Because pricing scales with monthly active users and the right number depends on your shape. We share the pricing model in writing before the first call so you can self-qualify.
Is there an SSO tax?
No. SSO ships with the platform across every tier — including Developer. We think charging extra for the security feature most enterprise customers need is bad for everyone.
What changes between Growth and Enterprise?
Growth has fixed SLAs and a shared multi-tenant deployment. Enterprise gives you custom SLAs, a dedicated single-tenant deployment in your preferred EU region, the full SOC 2 evidence pack, and DPA + SCCs negotiation. Move up when your security review demands it.
Can I move between tiers?
Up: yes, any time, prorated. Down: at renewal. We'll work with you to time the move so you don't pay for a tier you've outgrown — or one you've yet to grow into.
